DescriptionA black-and-white glass plate negative of Lew Fonseca captured as he stands at the edge of the dugout with an excited smile on his face. Fonseca is holding onto a pole with one hand and has his free hand lifted up in the air. Fonseca is dressed in the Chicago White Sox home uniform. Three unidentified Chicago White Sox players are visible in the dugout. Comiskey Park is visible in the background. Based on Fonseca's uniform and his time with the Chicago White Sox this negative was taken between 1932 and 1934.
