DescriptionNavy blue cap with "StL" embroidered in red and white on the front and a red button at the top crown. Underside of the bill is green. Interior sweatband is leather with a manufacturer label at the rear center.
Bio/Historical NoteCap worn by Stan Musial of the St. Louis Cardinals for his final game on September 29, 1963 before his retirement. He played for the Cardinals for 23 seasons. The Cardinals defeated the Cincinnati Reds 3-2. Musial was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1969.
