DescriptionNavy blue and white cap, size 7 1/8, with a red bill and a red button at the top crown. "SOX" is embroidered across the front center in navy blue and there is a white embroidered manufacturer logo on the proper left side. There is a red, white, and blue embroidered MLB logo at the rear center. Underside of the bill is black with an MLB Authentication hologram sticker. Interior black cotton sweatband has several manufacturer labels at the rear, including "New Era," "Authentic Collection / Performance Headwear / Official On-FIeld Cap," and a sizing tag. "22" is handwritten in blue ink on the interior proper left front panel.

Bio/Historical Note1983-themed Chicago White Sox cap worn by manager Tony La Russa on June 6, 2021 when the White Sox defeated the visiting Tigers. With that victory, La Russa was recognized as passing John McGraw for sole possession of second place on the all-time managerial wins list.
