DescriptionCap, size 7 1/8, with two white front panels, two blue rear panels and a red panel on each side. Front has a red, white and blue embroidered "M" logo. Top of the bill is blue and there is a blue button at the top crown. Underside of the bill is green with "26" handwritten in black ink in the center near the sweatband. Interior leather sweatband has a manufacturer stamp, "KM Pro Cap," along with a sizing stamp on the proper right side with a fabric manufacturer label in the rear.
Bio/Historical NoteCap worn by Bill Stoneman of the Montreal Expos on April 17, 1969, when he tossed a 7-0 no-hitter against the Phillies. It was the ninth game in Expos franchise history, the first Expos game in Philadelphia, the first Expos game against the Phillies, the first Expos night game and the third start for Stoneman with the Expos.
