Eppa Rixey shirt
Datecirca 1927
DescriptionOff-white short-sleeved shirt with vertical blue pinstriping and five light yellow buttons down the front placket. Sleeve edges, neck and front placket have faded red piping. Proper left chest has a red and black "C" logo with "Reds" in red appliques in the center. Sleeve edges have buttonholes. Interior back of the neck has a manufacturer label with another tag sewn underneath which is now faded and illegible. Reverse of the shirt is blank except for "Rixey / 3 29" in black embroidery on the proper right side bottom, near the edge.
