DescriptionA press box seat badge for the 1914 World Series at Shibe Park. It's round in shape and colored blue with a hole punched at the top. In black lettering it reads "1914, World's Series, Shibe Park, Philadelphia," "Admit to SEAT No. 290 in Press Box," "This Badge must be worn where it can be seen at all times," "not good for admission to grounds." The verso (not shown) is blank. The 1914 World Series was played between the Boston Braves and the Philadelphia Athletics. Games 1 and 2, October 9 and 10, were played at Shibe Park.
