Baseball, past and present, was played over last night when Johnny Evers, left, of the famous Evers-to-Tinker-to-Chance double play combination visited 'Rabbit' Maranville at his Winton Road home. Evers attended the St. Salome's Church Carnival as the guest of Maranville."
