DescriptionA black-and-white photograph of Babe Ruth hitting a homerun. He is at home plate with the bat behind his shoulder and looking to see where the ball landed. The catcher is visible and there is a large crowd in the stands. Ruth is wearing a Yankees road uniform. The caption on the back of the photograph (not shown) reads, "Wham! and Babe Ruth does his stuff for fans in Honolulu, crashing a 350-foot drive into the right field bleachers for a home. The Babe's team won an exhibition game there recently, 5 to 2, with Ruth alternating from right field to first base, then pitching. He's barnstorming in the Pacific with a group of major leaguers this winter."
