Kellogg is kneeling on the top step of a dugout at an unidentified stadium. She is turned in partial profile to the camera with the front of her uniform visible. She is bracing Van Allsburg, a small child, behind her back with her right hand; Kellogg is looking at Van Allsburg. Van Allsburg is posed looking directly into the camera lens. The identifications are provided by a caption on the reverse (not shown).
