George Kell All-Star Game Autographed bat

DescriptionNatural stain wooden bat, 34 ounces, with "Louisville Slugger / 125 / Powerized" in the center of the barrel and "All Star Game / George Kell (facsimile signature) / Brooklyn 1949" near the end of the barrel. Barrel has been signed in black ink by various American League All-Stars. "R46" is inscribed on the knob end.

Bio/Historical NoteBat used by George Kell during the 1949 All-Star Game in Brooklyn on July 12th. The American League defeated the National League, 11-7, at Ebbets Field.
