DescriptionNatural stain wooden bat, 32 ounces, with a "Louisville Slugger 125 Powerized" trademark in the center of the barrel and "Genuine / Roger Maris (facsimile signature) / Louisville Slugger" near the end of the barrel. The bat is autographed "Roger Maris" in black ink between "Powerized" and the lettering on the end of the barrel. Knob end has "Maris" with a horizontal line above and below handwritten in black marker. "7" is handwritten on the barrel end in black marker.
Bio/Historical NoteBat used by Roger Maris of the New York Yankees to hit his 59th (on September 20, 1961), 60th (on September 26, 1961), and 61st (on October 1, 1961) home runs of the 1961 season.
