George Brett 3000th Career Hit helmet

DescriptionBlue plastic helmet, size 7 1/4, with proper right ear protector and a white "KC" logo sticker on the front. Rear of the helmet has a white "5" sticker along with an "ABC" sticker to the right along with an MLB logo sticker. Top crown has four ventilation holes. Interior of the helmet has fabric-covered padding around the ear protector and a triangular pad at the rear. There is a circular foam pad at the interior top crown along with "American Baseball Cap," a sizing sticker and a warning sticker near the front. Underside of the bill has a raised "M" in the center.

Bio/Historical NoteHelmet worn by George Brett of the Kansas City Royals for his 3,000th career hit on September 20, 1992 at Angel Stadium, making him the 17th player in major league history to reach this achievement in his career. The Royals defeated the California Angels 4-0.
