DescriptionAn advertisement for Planters Peanuts in Saturday Evening Post, October 13, 1928. On page 207, is a black-and-white advertisement with "Planters Salted Peanuts" in large letters at the top. Mr. Peanut appears to be calling "Safe," as a baseball game with Planter Peanuts as players, is seen in the background. The bottom left reads "Let Your Appetite Be the Umpire," with a baseball-themed description of the product. The verso, page 206, has an article titled "A Central Base of Operations."
