Two Lovely Misses picture postcard

DescriptionA black-and-white picture postcard of an unidentified actor, left front, dressed in catcher's gear as he glances towards a female batter; he is holding a baseball in his right hand against his mitted left hand. The unidentified woman playing the female batter is dressed in a baseball uniform and has her left hand placed on her hip and is holding a baseball bat out in front of her with her other hand as she looks towards the catcher. She wears high heels on her feet. An unidentified actress, center behind, is dressed as an umpire and is holding up two fingers. A caption on the front of the picture postcard reads, "Two Lovely Misses." The back of the postcard was sent to Mrs. Roberts from Sarah. Based on the stamped date on the back of the picture postcard, this card was sent in 1911.
