DescriptionA black-and-white photograph of George Sisler captured while at bat after completing his swing. Sisler is holding a baseball bat in his right hand and the bat is extended behind his back. His right foot is lifted in the air in front of him. He has a strained expression on his face. Sisler is dressed in a St. Louis Browns road uniform. An unidentified stadium is visible in the background. The caption on the front of the photograph states, "Geo Sisler." Based on Sisler's uniform and his time with the Browns, this photograph was taken between 1915 and 1926.
