DescriptionWhite leather baseball attached to a wooden handle on a rotating metal axis. The baseball has red stitching and black stamps, including "Pat. Pending $5.00" and "John Sain / Yankee (crossed out) / Pitching Coach / Spinner." Wooden handle is painted red at the furthest end from the ball.
Bio/Historical NoteThis Johnny Sain baseball spinner was used to teach pitchers how to spin the ball in their delivery. It was patented October 13, 1964.
