DescriptionA full-length color photograph of Liván Hernández pitching. Hernández, on the mound, wears a Florida Marlins road uniform. Preparing to throw the ball, Hernández stands on his bent right leg while lifting his left leg, bent at the knee, waist height. Looking forward in the direction he is about to hurl the ball, Hernández places his right hand in the palm of the glove that he wears on his left. Both arms are bent and held waist height in front of his body. Captured in-game, an occupied stadium is visible in the background. Based on the specific design of the uniform worn by Hernández this image dates from 1996, his first year with the team, to 1999, his final year with Florida.
