Ott is holding the bat on the right side of his body. Ott is dressed in a New York Giants home uniform. An unidentified catcher's glove is visible behind Ott. An unidentified player is on the baseball field. Blurred fans are visible on the sideline of the baseball field in the background. Based on Ott's uniform and his time with the Giants, this photograph was taken in either 1926 or 1927.
