DescriptionSmall toy "Beanie Baby-Valentino" bear made of white polyester "fur" fabric. There is a thin red ribbon tied in a bow around the neck, a small red heart shape on the left chest, and a red heart-shaped swing tag "Ty" attached to the left ear.
Bio/Historical NoteThe "Valentino" Beanie Baby was a promotional piece given out at Yankee Stadium to children under 14 years of age attending the game on May 17, 1998. This promotion helped to draw 49,820 fans that day who got to see Yankees pitcher David Wells throw a perfect game against the Minnesota Twins.
