Ball Magnet fan invention

DescriptionStriped paper cup with San Francisco Giants stickers on the sides with a Styrofoam cup inserted inside. A length of string has been attached to ten metal washers and a penny which extends up through the base of the cups and is attached to and wrapped around a piece of wood. Also included is a sample Wilson baseball.

Bio/Historical Note"Ball magnet" created by a fan in 1993 to retrieve foul balls during batting practice at Candlestick Park in San Francisco.
