DescriptionRoyal blue cap, size 7, with a team logo embroidered on the front in white. Button at the top crown is white. There is an MLB logo embroidered at the rear center. Underside of the bill is gray with "6" handwritten in black ink. Interior white cotton sweatband has three manufacturer labels, including "Authentic Collection," "New Era" and a sizing tag.
Bio/Historical NoteCap worn by Tony Pena, manager of the Kansas City Royals, on June 25, 2002 when the Royals played the Detroit Tigers, managed by Luis Pujols. This marked the first time two Dominican-born managers faced each other in Major League history.
