DescriptionHand puppet with a plastic head and navy blue plastic Detroit Tigers baseball cap at the top. Cloth body has an opening at the bottom with a depiction of a player wearing a Detroit Tigers uniform. Reverse has "Rodriguez / 7." Printed on the bottom edge of the cloth body in white lettering is "Pro Puppets / Major League Debut / 2005 All-Star Game / July 12 / Detroit, MI." Right side of puppet has a diamond-shaped manufacturers tag attached with a plastic piece, "Pro Puppets / Brought to Life / By K2 Licensed / Products."
Bio/Historical NoteThis hand puppet of Ivan Rodriguez was issued at the 2005 All-Star Game in Detroit on July 12th. Rodriguez played in 14 All-Star Games, including 2005, starting a record 12 as the American League catcher.
