DescriptionBlack leather and nylon mesh shoes, size 9 1/2, with orange leather accents and manufacturer logos on the sides. Toe area of each shoe is signed in white marker, "Omar Vizquel." Oversize black tongues have "Nike Zoom" embroidered in orange. Interior of the shoes are lined with orange waffle-weave fabric. Back of the heels have "13" handwritten in black marker. Bottom soles of the shoes are orange and white with molded plastic cleats.

Bio/Historical NoteShoes worn by Omar Vizquel of the San Francisco Giants during the 2008 season. On May 25, 2008, Vizquel wore these shoes as he played in his 2,584th game at shortstop, eclipsing the record set by fellow-Venezuelan Luis Aparicio.
