DescriptionNavy blue plastic batting helmet with ear guards on both sides. Front has a red and white "US" sticker. Top crown of the helmet has ventilation holes. Each ear guard has a raised manufacturer logo. Interior of the helmet is padded and has several stickers including "S90PA-R1," "Medium" and "Made in China." Back of the helmet has a "USA / 6" circular sticker.

Bio/Historical NoteBatting helmet worn by first baseman and team captain Malaika Underwood of the USA Baseball Women's National Team during the 2015 Pan Am Games in Toronto, Canada. The women's baseball tournament was played from July 20th to July 26th and Team USA won the gold medal. The U.S. team, founded in 2004, joined Cuba, Venezuela, Canada, and Puerto Rico in this first Pan Am women's baseball tournament.
