Ender Inciarte SunTrust Park Inaugural Season helmet

DescriptionDark blue, red, and white plastic batting helmet, size 7 1/4, with a proper right ear protector, a rubber white "A" logo decal stuck to the front. There is an MLB logo and a SunTrust Park Inaugural Season logo at the rear center. Two stickers making the number 11, the left "1" askew, are next to the MLB logo. Next to the number is a MLB Authentication hologram sticker. The helmet has the new "carbon fiber" design pattern on the blue portion. There are six ventilation holes at the top crown of the helmet and two on the proper right ear guard. The interior of the helmet has padding along the sweatband, top crown, along the proper right ear guard, and at the rear center. In the interior of the helmet are several labels, including a sizing sticker, a "Rawlings / 100 MPH Performance Rating" label, and a warning sticker. There are also two tags for "Rawlings" and "MLB Authentic On-Field Equipment."

Bio/Historical NoteBatting helmet worn by Braves leadoff hitter Ender Inciarte on April 14, 2017, who recorded the first hit, run, and later home run of the opening game in Atlanta's new SunTrust Park. This helmet bears an "Inaugural Season" SunTrust Park logo and is the first use of a new "carbon fiber" design pattern in MLB. Braves beat the San Diego Padres 5-2.
