DescriptionClear, upright oval award with beveled edge on the front center "The Sporting News/Awards" is engraved on the angled front surface surrounding etchings of a hockey player, basketball player, football player, and a baseball player. Below on the base the etching reads, "National League/Rookie of the Year/1997/Scott Rolen/Philadelphia Phillies." The proper left features a blue sticker "Tiffany & Co./Made in Japan." Tiffany & Co. is stamped on the bottom center edge of the award.
