DescriptionThree-tiered wooden base with a gold-colored metal placard on the top tier showing an engraved image of a man's face wearing a baseball cap with "CR" on the front. There is another gold-colored metal placard on the middle tier reading, "2001 Rawlings Gold Glove Award / Presented to / Larry Walker / Honoring His Selection As 'The Finest In The Field!' with a "Rawlings" logo in red on either side. On either side of the top tier, mounted on top of the middle tier, are gold-painted leather baseballs supported by gold-colored metal tripods. The baseballs have "Rawlings" printed on the sweet spot. Top tier has three metal rods extending from the top to hold the top glove. Gold-painted leather left-handed fielder's glove has four finger stalls and a thumb stall. Forefinger and thumb stalls are connected by three horizontal and two vertical leather straps as webbing. Leather laces connect the tips of the finger stalls and line the top edge of the webbing. Leather laces also line the palm side thumb stall, firefinger stall, base of the webbing, pinky stall and heel. Palm side has "Gold Glove Series," "Rawlings" and "Pro302-6 / For The Professional Player" in black lettering. Back side of the glove has an opening at the base of the firefinger stall lined with leather laces. There is a large red fabric manufacturer label at the base of the remaining finger stalls. "The Gold Glove Co." is embroidered in gold lettering on a black fabric label on the back side of the pinky stall. Wrist strap is comprised of a leather strap woven through slits and adjusted with two metal D-rings. There is a red circular manufacturer label at the base of the thumb stall with "Larry Walker" embroidered in black on the back side of the thumb stall. Underside of the wrist strap is covered with a black fuzzy material. Bottom of the wooden base has an "All-Star Distributing, Inc." manufacturer label.

Bio/Historical NoteGold Glove Award presented to Larry Walker in 2001, the final one in his career. He was awarded seven Gold Glove Awards in total.
