Madison Bumgarner Home Run helmet

DescriptionBlack matte plastic batting helmet, size 7 1/2, with a proper left side ear guard, an orange "SF" team logo on the front and six ventilation holes at the top crown. Back of the helmet has "BUMGARNER" in white lettering on a black sticker above an MLB logo sticker and an MLB Authentication hologram sticker. Interior of the helmet has padding along the sweatband, top crown, along the proper left ear guard and at the rear center. On the interior of the helmet are several labels, including a sizing sticker, a "Rawlings" tag, a warning label and an "Authentic Collection" tag with an MLB logo. Interior rear center padding on has "Rawlings S100 Pro Comp" stamped into it with "7 1/2" below. "1/2" is written in silver marker on the interior of the helmet.

Bio/Historical NoteBatting helmet worn by Madison Bumgarner on April 2, 2017 when he hit a pair of solo home runs in the Giants' 6-5 loss against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Bumgarner became the first pitcher in baseball history with two home runs on Opening Day.
