Russell Martin Canada Day shirt

DescriptionRed shirt, size 46, with "Blue Jays" in red and white appliques across the front chest and six red buttons down the front placket. There is white trim around the sleeve ends. Proper left side front has a red and white embroidered blue jay with a maple leaf superimposed to the right of the head of the bird. Proper left sleeve has a red and white embroidered maple leaf with a white embroidered manufacturer logo below. Proper left front shirttail has a manufacturer label and an MLB Authentication hologram sticker. Reverse of the shirt has a small rubber MLB logo patch at the top back of the neck with "Martin" and "55" in white and red appliques below.

Bio/Historical NoteAlternate jersey worn by Toronto Blue Jays catcher Russell Martin in the 8th and 9th innings of the team's Canada Day celebration on July 1, 2017. The Red Sox won over the Jays in that game, 7-1. The jerseys are a special red color and with special maple leaf patches to honor the nation's 150th anniversary. Martin is local to Toronto and went to school in Montreal.
