DescriptionRed cap, size 6 7/8, with a navy blue button at the top crown. There is an embroidered white team logo on the front and a white embroidered manufacturer logo on the proper left side. There is a red, white, and blue embroidered MLB logo at the rear center. Underside of the bill is black. Interior black cotton sweatband has several manufacturer labels at the rear, including "New Era," "Authentic Collection / Performance Headwear / Official On-FIeld Cap," and a sizing tag. "27" is handwritten in black ink on the interior proper left front panel.

Bio/Historical NoteCap worn by Philadelphia Phillies starter Aaron Nola in Game 1 of a doubleheader against the Mets at Citi Field. Nola struck out 12 batters over 5.1 scoreless innings in the game and tied Tom Seaver’s all-time record with 10 straight strikeouts beginning in the first inning (after he allowed the first two batters to reach base) through the first batter he faced in the fourth inning.
