DescriptionA black-and-white, full length photograph of Ty Cobb and his second wife, Frances Cass standing in a garden. Both are looking towards the camera and smiling. Ty has his hands clasped in front of him and Frances has looped her left arm in his right. A pair of sunglasses rest in her right hand. The image caption on the reverse (not shown) reads, "Tyrus (Ty) Cobb confirmed reports that he will marry Mrs. Frances F. Cass of Buffalo in the near future. The two are shown in the garden of her father's summer home at Point Abino, Ontario, Canada. It will be the 2d marriage for Cobb; 3rd for Mrs. Cass."
