The caption (not shown) reads "Babe Ruth, former sultan of swat, shown as he left New York, Feb. 24, to take up his duties as chief instructor of the All-American Baseball School at Palatka, Fla. A Babe Ruth trophy is to be presented to the student showing most improvement during the season. More than 600 boys have been offered contracts with clubs in organized baseball since the school was opened nine years ago." Babe is waving while Julia and Claire appear on either side of him.
