DescriptionA black-and-white photograph of Hank Borowy posed in a pitching position on the field at Yankee Stadium, taken in 1950 or 1951. Borowy is shown from the waist up, wearing a Detroit Tigers away uniform. Wearing a glove on his left hand, Borowy has his hands together above his head as if he were about to begin his pitching windup. Part of the seating at Yankee Stadium is visible in the background. The date of the photograph was determined by examining the record of Borowy's career.
