DescriptionNavy blue cap, size medium/large, with a white embroidered logo on the front. Rear center has a black plastic adjustable snap closure. Underside of the bill is green with "Walk" handwritten in blue ink. There is a white cotton sweatband around the interior perimeter of the cap. There is a manufacturer label on the proper left side of the interior sweatband.
Bio/Historical NoteCap worn by Larry Walker in 1985 when he got his start in pro baseball as a member of the Class A Utica Blue Sox of the New York-Penn League. That year, the Blue Sox were an independent team -- meaning they were not affiliated with any major league club -- but Walker was loaned to the team by the Montreal Expos organization.
