DescriptionA black-and-white negative of Luke Hamlin captured sitting in a dugout with a slight smile. Hamlin is lounging on the dugout bench with his left leg crossed over his right. His hands are held together with his fingers laced. Hamlin's baseball mitt is tucked into his back pocket. Hamlin is dressed in a Brooklyn Dodgers uniform with a Brooklyn Dodgers letterman jacket on as well. Based on Hamlin's uniform and his time with the Brooklyn Dodgers, this photograph was taken between 1939 and 1941.
