Frank Thomas 300th Career Home Run bat

DescriptionBlack painted wooden bat, 32 ounces, with a silver painted stripe around the taper and a silver "R / Rawlings / Adirondack" trademark logo in the center of the barrel. "Big Stick / Frank Thomas / White Sox" is inscribed in silver block lettering near the end of the barrel. Knob has "578B / 077 / 99" inscribed on the end.

Bio/Historical NoteOn August 7, 1999, Frank Thomas used this bat to smash his 300th home run. At the time, Thomas became the sixth active player to record 300 career homers, 1,000 RBI and 1,000 walks, demonstrating both his power and his patience.
