DescriptionGold pin in the shape of a baseball cap with the bill at the bottom and the body of the cap at the top center. Top is white enamel with gold lines depicting the panels of the cap with "All-Star Game / St. Louis" in gold lettering with a star in between. Bill of the cap is brown with "1948" in gold lettering in the center. Reverse has a screw-on backing.
