DescriptionNavy blue cap with a team logo embroidered on the front in red and white. Button at the top crown is red. Underside of the bill is green with "16 / 'V''' handwritten in black ink. Interior white cotton sweatband has three manufacturer labels, including "Major League Baseball," "New Era" and an illegible tag.
Bio/Historical NoteCap worn by Frank Viola of the Minnesota Twins during the 1987 World Series in which the Twins defeated the St. Louis Cardinals 4 games to 3 and Viola was named the Most Valuable Player.
