DescriptionBlack polyester shirt, size 50, with six black buttons running down the front placket. "Marlins / 21" is in silver and teal appliques on the front chest. Proper left bottom front shirttail has manufacturer labels, "Russell Athletic / Size 50 / 100% Polyester / +2 Length, +1 Sleeve." There is an MLB Authentication hologram sticker attached to the manufacturer label. Proper left sleeve has a Marlins "F" patch and proper right sleeve has a 100th Anniversary World Series patch. Reverse of the shirt has "Beckett / 21" in teal and silver appliques. There is a small MLB logo patch at the top back of the neck.

Bio/Historical NoteShirt worn by starting pitcher Josh Beckett of the Florida Marlins during the 6th and final game of the 2003 World Series on October 25, 2003. Beckett pitched a five-hit shutout to defeat the New York Yankees and clinch the Marlins' second World Series championship, earning him the MVP Award for the Series.
