DescriptionGray shirt vest, size 50, with black piping around the sleeve ends and six gray buttons running down the front placket. There are red and black appliques on the front, "Cincinnati / 30." Proper left front shirttail has manufacturers labels, "Authentic Collection Russell Athletic / Property of Cincinnati Reds -03," with "R.S." handwritten in black marker and flag tags "50 100% Polyester / +2" Extra Length." Reverse has red and black appliques, "Griffey / 30."
Bio/Historical NoteRoad uniform vest worn by Ken Griffey, Jr. of the Cincinnati Reds during the 2004 season. On June 20, 2004, Griffey, Jr. became the twentieth player in Major League history to hit 500 home runs. He spent much of the rest of the season on the disabled list. Griffey, Jr. was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2016.
