Greg Maddux 300th Career Win shoes

DescriptionBlue leather and nylon shoes, size 10 1/2, with blue laces and white manufacturer logos on both the inner and outer sides. Right shoe has additional rubber toe reinforcement. Oversize tongues extend down over the laces to attach with hook and loop fasteners and have "Nike" and a logo embroidered in white. There are holes in the tongues for the laces to tie at the top. Bottom soles are black, white and blue plastic with six metal spikes. Heels have white manufacturer logos.

Bio/Historical NoteShoes worn by Chicago Cubs pitcher Greg Maddux on August 7, 2004 when he recorded his 300th career win. The Cubs defeated the San Francisco Giants 8-4. Maddux joined Grover Cleveland "Pete" Alexander as one of the only pitchers to reach the milestone while wearing a Cubs uniform.
