Joe Torre World Baseball Classic cap

DescriptionNavy blue cap, size 7 3/8, with a white, red and gold "US" logo with a star embroidered on the front. Rear center has an embroidered World Baseball Classic logo. Proper left side has an embroidered American flag patch. Underside of the bill is black. Interior black cotton sweatband has manufacturer labels including "New Era," "World Baseball Classic," a sizing tag and a care label. Interior proper right front panel has "6" handwritten in black ink.

Bio/Historical NoteHall of Famer Joe Torre donned this cap as manager of Team USA throughout the 2013 World Baseball Classic. After successfully navigating Round One, the US ran into the Classic's two hottest teams, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic, and was eliminated from the tournament in Round Two.
