Allan H. Selig Lifetime Achievement award

DescriptionWooden base with a large metal statue on top. Wooden base is inscribed in the front with "The Jackie Robinson Foundation / Lifetime Achievement Award / Allan H. Selig / March 8, 2010." The statue is of a non-descript ball player in a uniform standing on a sloped pedestal with his arms held up in the air, one hand in a glove. The reverse of his jersey has a number 42 on it, indicating that the player is Jackie Robinson. Bottom of the base has four green felt pads, a label from the manufacturer and two access holes for care and maintenance.

Bio/Historical NoteLifetime Achievement Award given to Allan H. "Bud" Selig by the Jackie Robinson Foundation on March 8, 2010 for his work as commissioner of baseball.
