DescriptionBlack cap, size 7 5/8, with a white embroidered "Sox" logo on the front and a black, white and gray embroidered MLB logo at the rear center. Underside of the bill is black with an MLB Authentication hologram sticker. Interior black cotton sweatband has several manufacturer labels in the rear center, including "New Era," "Authentic Collection / Performance Headwar / Official On-Field Cap," and a sizing tag. There is also a label with care instructions in this area.

Bio/Historical NoteCap worn by actor Will Ferrell during Spring Training batting practice on March 12, 2015 with the Chicago White Sox as part of a charity fundraising event in which Ferrell "played" ten positions for ten teams over the course of five games. #FerrellTakesTheField was filmed by HBO as part of an upcoming documentary film and by "Funny or Die" for a series of comedy videos. The event was scheduled to raise awareness and funds for cancer research.
