DescriptionA black-and-white negative of Bob Allison dressed in a Washington Senators home uniform running around third base during a game against the Boston Red Sox. Allison is on the left side of the base rounding the base in a wide curve with his arms out at his sides. The other player is taking a step towards the base and has his glove on his left hand. In the background, the bottom tier seating is at full capacity and the bannister of the second tier seating at the top of the photo is a scoreboard that reads "AT BAT 2- BALL 1 STRIKE 2". Based on Bob Allison's time with the Washington Senators and both uniform styles, this image was taken in either 1959 or 1960.
