DescriptionA black-and-white negative of Luis Aparicio dressed in a Chicago White Sox road uniform in a posed crouched position with his knees slightly bent and his torso bent forward. Aparicio's hands are in front at his sides with a glove on his left hand and his right is clenched in a fist, ready to punch the palm of the glove. The sky appears to be very cloudy and the field is all dirt, especially in the foreground, with white foul lines. In the background, the stands are empty and the outfield wall reads "342." Based on Luis Aparicio's time with the Chicago White Sox and the uniform style, this image was taken between 1956 and 1961.
