DescriptionA black-and-white negative of Luis Aparicio dressed in a Chicago White Sox home uniform in a posed batting stance. Aparicio is looking to the left of the camera with his torso bent forward, both hands on the bat and the barrel slightly above his right shoulder. The background of the top half of the image is cloudy with grey skies and the bottom half is a shadowed field with trees beyond the stadium. Based on Luis Aparicio's time with the Chicago White Sox and the uniform styles, this image was taken between 1956 and 1962.
