Numerous unidentified gentlemen are visible on the sidelines of the baseball field and in the stadium in the background. A newspaper clipping is affixed to the back of the photograph (not shown) (not shown) and states, "Baseball Season Opened in Washington Bucky Harris, left, manager of the Washington Senators, greeting Connie Mack, manager of the Philadelphia Athletics as the baseball season was officially opened in Washington, D.C., April 19th.
