The caption on the reverse (not shown) reads, "Koufax displays his winning form. Chicago. Brooklyn Dodgers' pitcher Sandy Koufax is shown on the mound in the 8th inning of the Dodgers-Chicago Cubs game in Chicago, May 16th. Koufax held the Cubs to four hits and struck out 13 as the Brooks won, 3-2."
