Francisco Cordova No-Hitter cap

DescriptionBlack cap, size 7, with "P" embroidered in gold and red on the front. Top of the bill is red and there is a red button at the top crown. Rear center of the cap has an MLB logo patch. Underside of the bill is light gray. Interior white cotton sweatband has three manufacturer labels, including "New Era," "Authentic Diamond Collection" and sizing information. "67" is handwritten in black ink on the interior front panel.
Bio/Historical NoteCap worn by Pittsburgh Pirates starting pitcher Francisco Cordova on July 12, 1997 against the Houston Astros when he and reliever, Ricardo Rincon, combined for a no-hitter in 10 innings. Cordova pitched 9 complete innings.
